Sparks and Fuel Project SR20
The donor 1/2 cut supplied the required wiring and ECU these were then integrated with the original wiring loom. Some of the original engine bay loom was removed, like the fuse box. The lights and indicators were wired into the relays in the new loom.
This left me with a fuse box in the engine bay and the internal fusebox I attached to the dash near the steering column. the major cable runs were run through the fire wall one on each side. The image above shows the drivers side RHS and this image shows the LHS an additional hole was cut to take this loom down the the passenger kick panel where the ECU is mounted.
To run the fuel injection I used the original fuel line removed from the tank and an external fuel pump installed, this line then ran to the rail. From there I installed a newish line as the return to the tank. i also ran a line from the charcoal canister to the vapour line at the top of the tank to filler neck. A piece of tube was braised into the original sender unit to take the rail return. Visible near the top of this picture with the vapor line on the right.
This image shows the position of the fuse box lower right the the charcoal canister top.
