Sydney Photo Meet #3 -Vivid-

The focus of this meet was to catch “Vivid Sydney – A Festival of Light, Music & Ideas” and of course it happened to be raining.

The 3rd Whirlpool Sydney photo meet was even gate crashed by three intrepid photographic explorers from the south. I took the X Pro 1 which I had just updated the firmware on the body and lenses. This lens upgrade totally removes the lens “chatter” and of course the body upgrade removes all your settings, which is a barrel of laughs until you are quite familiar with the menu structure, which I’m not.

The rain and crowds were not ideal conditions so most of the shots I selected are for their interest rather than the photographic skill on display. Out of 60 shots I took home I chose these 9.
